The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions done on the phoneantics.com website. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully, and print a copy for future reference.

Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

Cancellation of Orders
You may request to cancel your order for a refund within 2 hours of the order date and time. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours, and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. We deduct Rs. 70 to Rs. 120 as a processing fee for any number of orders you place on phoneantics.com.

Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted. When you buy a product from phoneantics.com, it is imperative that you have read the terms of cancellation, and only after agreeing to the terms, do you place an order.

Note:

• For customized orders, in case you placed an order without uploading a picture that you wanted to print as a customized order, we will contact you through a phone call or message, or email, requesting you to upload the required picture. Upon successful upload and confirmation by you, only then will we proceed with the print & production of your customized order.
• Once you have uploaded a picture and confirmed, no refund or change in design will be made. Please kindly note.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any customised designs requested by a customer for any product.
