By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Printing Terms & Cancellation Policy, and Payments & Returns Policy.

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the website, its servers, or other users.
  • All content on this site (images, text, graphics, logos) is owned by Phone Antics and is protected under copyright law.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product information, including pricing, images, and specifications.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in color or design due to manufacturing or monitor differences.
  • We reserve the right to update product information and prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payments can be made via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any customised designs requested by a customer for any product.
  • All payments must be completed to process your order.

5. Customized Orders

For customized products, once the design is confirmed by the customer, no cancellation, refund, or change is permitted.

  • Customers are responsible for uploading accurate images or designs for printing.
  • Phone Antics is not liable for errors in the design submitted by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship PAN INDIA; delivery timelines are usually 7–8 working days.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or additional charges.
  • Orders undelivered due to incorrect addresses can be re-shipped with additional shipping charges.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Claims must be supported by an unboxing video sent within 2 hours of receiving the product.
  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for customer errors, disliked items, or wrong orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Phone Antics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
  • We are not liable for any loss caused due to delays, shipping errors, or technical issues outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Phone Antics is owned or licensed by us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
