How long does delivery take?

We ship PAN India, with delivery typically taking 5-7 working days depending on your location.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available on carts below Rs.500, but not on customized designs (uploaded photo/design cases). Customized orders must be prepaid.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We offer a free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us with an unboxing video as proof, and email customercare@phoneantics.com within 3 days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, simply call or contact us regarding cancellation. A processing fee of ₹70–₹120 might apply. Cancellations can't be accepted if a customized design has been confirmed for printing.

Will this case fit my exact phone model?

Each listing is designed for specific brand/model compatibility - check the model selector on the product page before ordering. If you order wrong product mistakenly, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9653350989).

Can I customize this case with my own photo or design?

Yes, select designs support custom photo/design uploads. You can send design via our whatsapp as well. Once your design is confirmed for printing, no cancellation or changes are possible - so double-check your upload before confirming.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where eligible) via Razorpay.

Do you accept returns if I simply don't like the product?

No - Replacements are only for damaged/defective/incorrect items. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for personal preference, wrong selection, or customer error.
