We offer a free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us with an unboxing video as proof, and email customercare@phoneantics.com within 3 days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, simply call or contact us regarding cancellation. A processing fee of ₹70–₹120 might apply. Cancellations can't be accepted if a customized design has been confirmed for printing.

Will this case fit my exact phone model?

Each listing is designed for specific brand/model compatibility - check the model selector on the product page before ordering. If you order wrong product mistakenly, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9653350989).

Do you accept returns if I simply don't like the product?
